What a cool idea! I love it. The "flames" look awesome, and the cake sounds soooo yummy!

I made my dad a birthday cake this weekend...
Triple fudge cake mix
Caramel filling (intended, but caramel didn't turn out quite right, so it was more of a cream filling)
Fudge ganache frosting
Pirouette cookies "sticks"
Melted butterscotch and cinnamon hard candies "flames"
